It’s #FoodieFriday again and it’s also the season of Lent. This week we’d like to share a healthy fish recipe from one of our Memorial Hermann dietitians. Isabel Vasquez is a clinical dietitian at Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital who also loves to cook for her family. Her recipe for salmon with vegetables is flavorful, colorful and packed with goodness. Salmon is a great protein full of Omega 3 fatty acids. The fresh vegetables are loaded with vitamins, making the dish a win/win. This is also a great dish for people trying to watch their cholesterol. Best of all, Isabel says the dish is quick and easy to prepare.
